UK Mortgage Prisoners is run solely by volunteers who offer their own time to help with your cases in aiming to achieve a successful outcome. Please consider supporting our work and enable us to continue offering the help to other mortgage prisoners, by donating towards the administration and website costs.

Over the last 2 years of campaigning the team have gathered a wealth of knowledge and contacts, however because we are limited in our number, we need everyone to do as much as they can before contacting us. PLEASE work through the list below before contacting the team.

PLEASE NOTE; We can only respond to requests via the online form below or by email, admin@ukmortgageprisoners.com Contact via private messages will NOT be replied to.

Here are a few things you should explore before getting in touch with us:

  • Ask for help on the Facebook group, our members are very knowledgeable and supportive, there's usually someone who has experience of issues raised,

  • Check the Financial Assistance, Benefits and Grants Blog on the website,

  • Check the Mental Health & Well Being blog on the website,

  • Make a formal complaint to your mortgage provider,

  • Make a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service,

  • Make a formal complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority.

If after completing the steps above you still need help then please complete the contact form opposite and a member of the team will be in touch in due course.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you want us to speak to your mortgage provider on your behalf you must have already been in contact with them yourself about the issue and you must complete the Letter Of Authority form below.  The form must be signed and emailed to admin@ukmortgageprisoners.com  We cannot accept an email alone as authority.
